The center is home to a 12th-century water-powered corn and sawmill that has been renovated and is still fully functional. The center also features experienced craftspeople who offer workshops in a variety of crafts such as pottery, cider making, and woolen mill. Visitors can take a self-guided tour of the center, which includes the water wheel, corn mill, flour mill, wood lathe, and other historic equipment.
