Fees contribute to the employment of our park staff, including management, office staff, ground staff, maintenance crews, and security personnel. These staff ensure that our Parks are well-managed, clean, and operate smoothly year-round.

Refurbishments and Facility Upgrades:

Pitch fees help cover the costs of ongoing refurbishments, such as updating shared amenities, renovating building areas, and keeping facilities modern, up to code and in good working order.

Landscaping and Groundskeeping:

Funds support regular landscaping and gardening services, maintaining a well-kept environment with beautiful green spaces, pathways, trees, and gardens, enhancing our Park’s overall ambiance.

Infrastructure and Utilities:

Upgrading utilities and infrastructure, such as electrical and water systems, street lighting, and waste management, helps our Parks meet current standards and city code requirements and the needs of owners, customers and visitors alike.

Community Improvements and Enhancements:

From playgrounds and picnic areas to enhanced security features, pitch fees contribute to creating a safe, enjoyable, and attractive park for all.
